Cryoconnect is fully committed to ensuring compliance with all legislation and operates in a manner which is environmentally friendly. We are actively involved in developing our environmental policies and procedures in line with best practice. In 2000 we became a part of the pilot group of companies who developed the “Acorn Method” for a staged implementation of an Environmental Management System, gaining full accreditation to ISO 14001 in 2001. In partnership with our mentor company, Rolls Royce, we were the first SME (small and medium enterprises) to the complete the Acorn process and gain Certificate No.1 at each of the stages..
As a direct result of having ISO 14001 accreditation we have been assessed by one of our key customers TUS (Thales Underwater Systems) as being “A-1 outstanding” for the supply of interconnection systems.
